This store is born out of my continuing journey to wellness and building strong mental health so I could face life's many challenges. I wanted to share the products that have made a difference to me and to help educate others on how they can take responsibility for their own health journey. The products that we carry are from Canadian Companies or Women Owned businesses. While most of the educational information in the Blogs and throughout the business are garnered towards women, a lot of it is also human based.
